Soft jersey mini with a wide fold-over waistband and two tiers of ruffles. There are shorts sewn in underneath, so you can actually move in it.
Wear it with a baby tee or a little zip hoodie, white socks and sneakers. The pink one with a matching cardigan is peak early 2000s.
