This one’s basically all fringe. Long, fine strands drop from a wide high waistband and swing every time you move, and the sides split open as you walk.
It’s see-through, so plan what goes under it. A string bikini turns it into a beach or festival cover-up. Black briefs and a bralette take it out at night.
