Soft jersey, worn off both shoulders. The top is loose with wide batwing sleeves that narrow to fitted cuffs, then it blouses over a ruched band that holds close at the hips.
Add gold hoops, a slicked-back bun, and heels or knee boots. It’s an easy dinner dress that doesn’t need much else.
